Privacy at ARQ Lab.
Effective August 2026 · Updated September 2026 · Contact: privacy@arqlab.ai
We build instruments for seeing risk clearly, so this policy tries to be an instrument too: short, specific, and honest about what we collect — which is very little.
What we collect, and when
If you just read this site: nothing that identifies you. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell data, and we don't build profiles of visitors. Our hosting and content platform records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure; we use them for nothing else.
The Five Doors walkthrough and any interactive check on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us, stored by us, or visible to us. When we say "Nothing is sent or saved," that is a description of the code, and you're welcome to verify it with your browser's network tools.
If you subscribe to our newsletter: we collect your name and email address, and use them to send you the newsletter. That's the whole use. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link that works, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
If you request the book: we collect your first name and email address. The book downloads straight away; we don't email you unless you tick the box for ARQ Lab updates. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link that works.
If you book a briefing: we collect what the booking form asks — name, email, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation — and use it to hold the meeting and follow up with you about it.
Where it lives
Newsletter signups, book requests and briefing requests are stored in our customer-relationship system and our Microsoft 365 tenant. Both encrypt data in transit and at rest. We keep contact records for as long as we have a working relationship or a reasonable prospect of one; ask and we'll delete yours.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information. To anyone.
- Send your information to advertising networks or data brokers.
- Enrich your record from third-party data sources you didn't give us.
- Put client information in system logs.
Your choices
Email privacy@arqlab.ai to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We honor these requests regardless of where you live — the rights that GDPR and CCPA formalize are the posture we run by default.
Cookies
This site aims to run without non-essential cookies. Where our forms platform sets cookies necessary for a form to function, they are used for that and nothing else.
Changes
If this policy changes, the change and its date appear here. We won't quietly repurpose data collected under an older version.
